'The best value in Albany with free parking. Everything updated and a wonderful free Breakfast. The room rates start at a very affordable rate. Very short drive to the center of Albany. Park at lot next to The First church o fAlbany. Two dollars an hour. Try The Hollow Restaurant. Love it!'

'Room was in an awful location. Had to listen to people coming up and down the stairs all night long, slamming the stairwell door. The room had bugs, and was in poor condition.'

'Tried for over an hour to call for shuttle from airport and no answer with two people continuously calling. When finally phone answered and shuttle arrived the driver was not only irritated to come, but drove fast and aggressive entire war to hotel. Then to top it off the shuttle reeked of Marijuana! Beds were rock hard and very low water pressure. Also thin walls. Could hear person in next room every time they went to the bathroom.'

'Upon check-in, I requested that my membership QR code be scanned. However, the front desk informed me that this stay would not qualify for stay credits and did not scan my QR code. Additionally, the bedside lamp was missing a light bulb, the television was constantly freezing and would not allow channel changes.'
