'Came to visit our daughter at college, and brought our dog with us. Love that we could do that! Great location and beautiful outdoor spaces. Some great things about the cottage that we didn't even see in the description: - Very close to rail trail - nice walk to Taughannock Falls about 5.5 miles round trip - Heated floor in the bathroom! - Gas fireplace comes on automatically based on temp setting - very cozy!'

'This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Highly recommend staying here especially if...

'Amazing place! We came upstate for skiing, and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including many small, thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions and really enhanced the experience. We would absolutely stay here again.'

'Excellent time at the condo. Host was responsive and thorough. We had to extend due to weather and the host accommodated the stay extension. Comfortable furniture/beds. Stayed warm at 0 outside. 'This was the most idyllic getaway! The cabin is picturesque and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked and beds are super comfortable. Easily accessible to Greek Peak resort - we were able to go home for lunch on ski days and be right back on the mountain! Loved the other amenities as well - snow tubing and the indoor water park were so fun. Caryn and her son were extremely helpful and communicative! We can’t wait to go back!'
