'This charming 'yacht' perhaps was a bit oversold by the title. The boat was very clean. The marina it was in felt safe and everybody was very friendly. There was a shower room at the marina if you wanted to shower in a bigger space than what the boat offered. (Imagine showering in a phonebooth with a toilet and sink in there.) 'Though small, the apartment was efficient, clean, and well stocked in paper type supplies. The kitchen was also efficient though lacking in some basic utensils. They say location, location, location. And, yes, the location is excellent. An easy, short, and nice walk into town . 8'

Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front.
