The outside lacked attention with thick dirt on the windows, mildew on awnings, and some inappropriate things written on the thick dirt on the windows that our kids pointed out. Spiderwebs on the doorframe were not welcoming. Location was unimpressive- not unsafe, not desirable. Inside was very cute, set up like a diner, first floor apt. « The apartment looks cute like it does in line but the smell was awful. It smelled like someone smoked in there for twenty years and it was musty. Had to open all the windows. The smell never left. The stairs are tilted to the left so was very nervous having my 80 year old mom on them. Tried to contact the host and was never answered. Called and there was no voicemail set up. The beds were comfortable but my niece slept on the very uncomfortable couch. There was no extra linens or blankets...

« We could reach out to host any time we need and prompt reply was very helpful. House was near and clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Happy Thanksgiving getaway with huge group was awesome for this place cuz the house was so spacious and many rooms for every one to sleep. Thanks a lot John and hoping to come back next year. »

« Great location. Up to date amenities in the kitchen and bath. Nice common area. The kids room had bunks as described. Communication with the host was good. It’s a cute place. A few things to note that affected my enjoyment. There are missing curtains/blinds in the common area where the pull out couch is located. « Hot tub was hot and ready. The Lit Christmas tree added to the ambiance. Rooms allowed for a degree of privacy while communal spaces provided ample room to play games, have conversation during meal prep. The baby gates were great , as we're the double washers and dryers. »
