« We had a wonderful stay here! Shanara was fantastic to work with and was very responsive to messages. We had a little mishap while there and she was quick to respond, very understanding, and helpful in coming to a solution. The house itself is fantastic. Great location in town. « The bathroom was very dirty, and we were not comfortable even using the shower. In addition, the front door does not lock at all, and we had to check in late due to the chalet not being ready. On the plus side, the beds were very comfy and the fireplace was a wonderful bonus. The chalet had a nice selection for tv channels. It needs some definite updating, but overall hosts did try to accommodate by offering us a free night- would recommend after renovations only. »
