« A very nice a clean beautiful home. Backyard and back back porch are amazing. Hospitality great. Attentive host. Note: If you check in at night, it is dark and not well lit outside the gate, so have your phone light ready. »

« We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Check in instructions were clear and concise. The gated community added that extra feeling of security. We only wish we had planned to stay longer. I will definitely return if we are ever in Cairns in the future. »

« I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. »
