'The property was very close to Yarm high Street. Perfect for us as 2 adults. Rooms were clean and overall pleased with the property. '

'It was ok for a one night stop over, which is fine if that’s all you want. Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t fault Angie as a host, very approachable. But there is a lack of information about the units that don’t tell you that there is literally just a door between adjoining rooms, and like a previous review noted, very little sound privacy between you and what could be other guests, luckily for us there were no other guests either side of us the night we stayed.'

'Booked this place and the check in details never got issued . I messaged the host 3 times asking for check in details and did not get a response. I then contacted Vrbo at the check in time, they tried to get in touch with the host but could not, i tried the mobile number Vrbo gave me and it did not work. This property needs removing from the lists.'

'Lovely, quaint cottage. Comfortably. Just a ten minute drive from Yarm high street. The pub next door is very handy and great pub food and sandwiches. '
