'Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und funktional. Das ganze Hotel/Resort ist interessant, Kunstobjekte in jeder Ecke. Service war kaum vorhanden, wenn, dann ohne English Kenntnisse. Kein Frühstück, kein Kaffee das war etwas schade. Obwohl Luftlinie ganz in der Nähe der Mon-Brücke sind es zu Fuß je nach Weg in Richtung Norden fast 2 Km und in Richtung Süden nahezu drei. Wenn man ein Auto oder Scooter hat ist alles bestens. Parkplatz ist vorhanden'

'No-strings-attached accommodation. Basic rooms, but perfect for the traveler that needs a place to sleep and a bathroom. About a 10 minute walk to the Mon Bridge and all that is going on in Sangkhla Buri. And Mon is just across the bridge. Friendly staff, nicely landscaped. '

'1. [Unprofessional Reception Staff] Upon arriving at the hotel, we were told by reception that they could only find 1 of 2 bookings we made when we clearly showed proof of booking for 2 rooms at 2 nights each. After a prolonged period of time, arguments and rude attitude from reception, they confirmed it was their error and they had the available rooms for us. It’s very unfortunate such a nice hotel had such a rude reception as the front face of customer service. It was not pleasant to have them...

'"great" hotel! highly recommended to waste your money! di not book it online - if something will happen with your trip not because of you, they will just defalcate your money. no wait any refund (both from hotel or orbitz). generally, don't book any hotels in Myanmar through online booking services - almost for sure you will loose your money (i lost money twice in a row (by 2 different reasons), using orbitz). good luck! '
