"One of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The pictures have absolutely nothing to do with reality. It is a very mediocre and extremely outdated hotel — it honestly feels like it dates back to the Soviet era. For information, it seems to be frequented almost exclusively by Russians. The room smelled bad, the carpet was filthy, and the shower had no door. The breakfast was catastrophic. The neighborhood is horrible and very unattractive, far from the city center, near a bridge, with a view from the room overlooking ruins. I strongly do not recommend this hotel; in my opinion, it does not deserve any stars."

"Fabrika is a like second home, whenever I go to Tbilisi; however, the cleanliness and the standards have deteriorated slight over the years. In particular: please change the shower curtains! They are mouldy, at least in the men's bathroom. I am also a little discerned to learn that the communal kitchen for hostel guest is closing – is it actually true? I would still recommend Fabrika to anyone; you can count on a comfortable, problem-free stay."
