The location is excellent — right on Church Street and only a short walk to the Mall, Belmore Basin, and both North and City Beach. Owner was very dismissive of the problem Also he sent us the wrong pin so sent us on a 30 minute round trip. Spider webs and hair were in the shower/bedroom and there’s no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Couldn’t open the window as so many spiders just outside the window '
