« I tried to get in contact with the owner to see if I can book an extra night a few days before our stay as our plans changed and we were able to stay another night. Owner never replied to me. Our check in time was at 5pm. When we got to the vrbo property the house was a complete mess. The person that was supposed to clean the property did not show up until 5:30-6pm and it took her a few hours to clean. So we did not have the property to ourselves until later on that night and could not leave...
