'The hotel, room and casino were all clean; staff were welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. I booked reservations at The Juniper restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The restaurant is lovely; we have enjoyed excellent meals/service at here in the past. However, our dining experience this time did not meet our expectations. Our server misled us on one appetizer and forgot the other one. When he finally brought out the correct appetizer, he also brought out our entrees. We sent the entrees...

'The apartment was comfortable, but the traffic noise was bad. In addition, there was an ice machine in the hallway opposite our door, which made a lot of noise.'

'great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and open til 10 which was very surprising.'

'Rooms were clean parking a little tight to get in and out'

'Ok'

'The only thing I can say positive is the breakfast. The bed was uncomfortable. The comforter was a seventies style bedspread. The pillows substandard. When requesting more pillows I was told no and given blankets. The hot and cold water were backwards. There was no elevator. My room stated it was a first floor king it was on the second floor, again no elevator. The pool was under construction. My stay in the Quality Inn in Rio Rancho, NM was less than satisfying.'

'Prima hotel.

'Koel ontvangst, karig ontbijt, gedateerd hotel. '

'It was a pleasant stay.'

'Where do I even start? I don’t know how this place has any good reviews. It was filthy. The shower was yellow with filth and smelled like rot. It gave me athlete’s foot. The towels and sheets smelled moldy like the washing machine they were laundered in had never been cleaned. Shower curtain was also yellow with filth & smelled awful when wet. There was a fruit fly infestation from a garbage can in the common room that hadn’t been emptied in who knows how long. Hand towels/wash cloths weren’t...

'Beautiful of sunrises from my bed. Was very clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Great place.'
