'Good location for access to all the Monterey Pennisula has to offer. Very quiet neighborhood with access to well known shopping brands. The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. '

'The property, check-in, etc was just as described. It was perfect size for my dog and myself. Very easy to access roads to Aptos and Santa Cruz. Very private. There was a very noisy house work going on next door the first day I arrived. Luckily, that didn't continue the rest of the stay. '

'Although this property is a very small condo bedrooms right next to each other not good for couples. It’s great for families. Everything you need is there and you really are right in front of the ocean. The neighbors were friendly a few simple restaurants in walking distance and the whales were amazing. Parking can be a little rough, but I would definitely come to this property again it’s not the most inexpensive, but it’s definitely worth it.'
