'Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. Overall I’d say the owner is satisfied...

'This property was very convenient for our holiday stay to visit family. The owners were very responsive to our questions and during check-in. Thank you for a great place to stay during our trip home.'

'Great coms, clean and open, up to date.'

'Clean house! Plenty of space!'

'The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. '

'Extremely clean place, good communication and nice stay. Had a little issue with one of the beds (no fault of owner) and she responded immediately with plan for remedy. We go to Hammond yearly for cheer camp; would stay here again.'

The house is super cute, clean, ceiling fans in every room, and did not smell overpoweringly of air freshener as many Vrbos tend to do. Also, the furniture was so comfortable, perfect after a day of driving in BR traffic! David was so flexible and kind in helping me when I messed up my initial...

'The Kitchen was clean and the property was pet freindly. The only thing the bathroom showers should of been a little cleaner and the towel rack was broken in one of bathroom, also the couch was stained. '

'Very rustic. There is a big ant bed by the staircase that leads up to the living area. The upstairs floors are so slanted that my suitcase kept rolling into the wall. Some pieces of the wood floor are missing so there are tripping hazards. The bathroom doors don’t close easily so once when I was sitting on the toilet, the door to the main living area just opened on its own due to the slanted floors. One of the bedroom AC units did not cool below 80 degrees. Another bedroom AC unit was...
