'Nothing worked properly. Shower didn't work, hot water didn't work, air-con noisy, no microwave, bathroom sink blocked. Reception slow and had trouble finding booking. Kept us waiting while we were soaking wet from rain. Then after we got into the room she took the key back to reception without us knowing.'

'The room was fairly 'basic' but good value for the money. The staff were excellent: I was injured (not at the hotel) during my visit to SaKaeo and they were very helpful, bringing breakfast to the room and helping with my bags. '

'I enjoyed my room and service the hotel staff provided. I did not like that I stayed on the 7th floor and the elevator was Brocken. The one positive to this is that it showed me how out of shape I have become and I am now on my journey to being healthy. So in a weird sort of way I am thankful that the elevator at Hak Huot Hotel 1 was broken even though it was miserable carrying my luggage up and down.'

'A nice and cozy resort run by a friendly family. Located on the road number 348 from Buriram to Sa Kaeo, it was not hard to find at all. Nice room and plenty of parking spaces. Free coffee offered to guests. I got upgraded to the room with big balcony and a lovely garden view. Many thanks to the owner! The Wifi was really strong. Actually, stronger than I expected for a countryside location. Top rating from me for a friendly host, great value room and strong Wifi.'
