'Great stay! The female employee when we checked in Sunday evening was friendly and greeted us with a smile as we entered before we even reached the counter. We were given free bottles of water and they had cookies out for guests. She was very nice and helpful in changing rooms for us. There was not even a little bit of an attitude or irritation by the extra effort. The male employee the next day at check out was also very nice and really fun to talk to. At check out, the cookies were not out...

'I can’t say enough about the Augusta Marriott. My room was extremely comfortable, the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful especially when I had to extend my stay for a day because my flight got cancelled. The bellman even made a special early to drive me to the airport in the shuttle. The location was also great - right on the Riverwalk. I was a very happy guest!!'
