'We didn’t like limited accessibility due to not functioning elevator. We also had difficulty with operating TV and cable box - having instructions would be great. Having AC in hallways and stair cases would be helpful especially when climbing four floors up at 40 degrees heat. Loved decor and amenities, beds were excellent, kitchen appliances and laundry were fantastic. Would definitely stay again. '

'This property is a great little option for a summer visit to Quebec City. The location was great and the free parking (though not on-site) was greatly appreciated. The lot was a quick 5-6 minute walk away. That being said, street parking was readily available and the one hour signs seemed meaningless as we saw cars parked overnight on the street. 'This place is awesome. We would definitely stay here again. The personnel is very warm and welcoming. The studio is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped for you to make your own meals. We could easily walk to Vieux Québec and the bus stop is very close. '

'Wow! What a great place to stay, especially for VIA Rail travelers like us. The suite was huge and almost seemed like it was intended to be an actual apartment. The full-size washer and dryer were an excellent plus for us since we had been on vacation for over a week. The housekeeper was hanging out in the room when we got there, which was a little weird. 'Beautiful loft. Clean. Spacious. Awesome location. Parking is a 8 min walk, uphill, which may be an issue for some people. Also, Rue St Jean is closed to cars for most of the day, so this is a little inconvenient for luggage unloading.'
