'This place was absolutely beautiful! The home is wonderfully restored and shows the history of the property. The lake was excellent for kayaking and fishing. We saw deer near the lake in the evenings. The home is also well stocked with everything you will need for your stay.'

'This is an older home that has a lot of issues. The floors are uneven and the windows don’t open. It is in a quiet neighborhood although next to a road with some night traffic. The light over the kitchen sink needs replacing and that would allow some softer light in the kitchen. It is sparsely furnished so it doesn’t seem too comfortable for a lengthy stay. We just needed a clean place to crash for the night and it met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure....

'We loved our stay in this country location. It was quiet and peaceful yet close enough to Paducah for shopping and restaurants. The home was spotless, and every amenity was available - basic kitchen supplies (mixer, oil, sugar, spices, and much more), lots of towels and blankets and pillows, wifi and TV, washer and dryer, and more I'm probably not thinking of.It was very cold and snowy during our visit, so we made the home a cozy place to watch movies and relax. We even had our three small dogs...

'Great location close to the river and a quick drive to metropolis and not too far from garden of the gods. Loved our stay, the neighborhood was nice and quite. Would definately again.'

'Lovely house in a mixed building area. Too far from most areas, but quiet. The back patio was very dirty as was the only chair on deck. The front chair was broken and not usable. House itself is nice and nicely decorated. No dishwasher, so keep that in mind. '
