The patio is fenced. and faces the stairs to enter the building so everytime someone goes in and out the look right info the bedroom. « To the property is very nice. All of the decorations and accommodations were great. The only downside was there is no hot water. And that was a surprise for us. Not unmountable as I’m used to it, but it would seem that a property of this caliber would have some type of hot water system. Other than that, what a nice place. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was modern, well equipped and near the beach. It had a nice ocean view and a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There is a gate and wooden steps to get down to the beach with a big step down from a gate at the other end. The beach location was great, right where you want to be in Vichayito.The owner/manager was very responsive and helpful. We paid extra to have Isabela cook for us breakfast and lunch. She is very knowledgeable on the house...
