'Staff should ask at check in if you want your room cleaned every day instead of putting a note in the key card holder. First morning the breakfast was barely warm. Second morning it was better. Room was clean. I’d like a pen and small pad of paper in the room like other hotels offer. Staff we interacted with were pleasant. Discounts at nearby eateries were used and are appreciated. We would stay here again.'

'The people in the room above us were very noisy until 2.30 a.m. it honestly sounded like they were playing soccer or similar in the room. We tried calling the front desk to complain, but got no answer. Also, 2 car alarms went off during the night and it seemed like forever before they got shot off. Needless to say, after a long day of driving, we didn't get much sleep. We will never stay there again.'

'Great downtown location with a great view of the surrounding foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Well appointed, well-insulated penthouse. Was a windy day, but the split worked great to keep things at an ambient temperature. Perfect location to enjoy the Farmers Market on Saturday and within walking distance of a local dive bar “First Nash” and swanky whiskey bar in Yellowstone Hotel building. Vintage shopping nearby and my favorite gluten free options restaurant “The Healthier Place to Eat”....

'Place was advertised with pool. Pool is not available all year ( didn't specify that in listing). It’s an above ground portable pool . I received waaaayyy too many texts from owner of unit. Owner gets way too personal . Had no kitchen to cook our meals. I will never rent this unit again.'
