« This was our first VRBO experience. The property was the perfect location. The accommodations were the perfect size, spotless, and suited all our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and Eric was very kind and accommodating...even shared the garden with us. « This was a great location for my son's golf tournament. We didn't spend much time in the house as we were at the course most of the time. Our first VRBO had a sewer problem. I reached out to the owner and with in minutes they upgraded and had us moved to a new cabin. Very responsive especially when the problem was out of their control. Very clean and updated. May need to update the washer and dryer, took a long time to wash clothes. All and all a great unit and great hosts. Very quite. »

« We were unable to stay at this property because we were uncomfortable with the immediate surroundings after arriving. We observed several broken windows nearby and multiple closed or apparently out-of-business storefronts on the block, including businesses downstairs and next door. We did not feel comfortable leaving our car there or staying overnight, so we left and booked accommodations elsewhere. We contacted the host promptly about our concerns and requested a refund, but the request was...

« We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable.
