'1-Star Review I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and I would rate it 1 star. I only stayed the full duration because I had prepaid and couldn't get a refund. Had I been able to cancel, I would have checked out after the first night. The property is clearly poorly maintained and has been neglected for years. The carpets in the corridors are ripped in multiple places, creating serious tripping hazards. Instead of properly repairing them, the staff simply threw small rugs over the damaged areas....

'Our stay was great because it was clean and staff was friendly and professional. The area seemed to be suburbanize (landscape was rural with some areas pristine and serene!) The pool was clean and temperature was perfect! The only fault I saw was the water line on the bathroom door. My husband thought they may have had a flood in the past, but it didn't interfere with the cleanliness of our room/bathroom. Yes, we will stay here when we return to visit the family!'

'Upon check in, I was given a room with a malfunctioning AC, I spoke with the gentleman at the desk and recieved a new room without issue after his attempt to fix the unit didn't work and resetting the unit a few more times myself didn't get it to stay on. Overall, It's what you'd expect of a Days Inn near Akron. Good enough for a night or two, property in relatively good shape but definitely still has the same characters and abandoned vehicles you'd find at any other urban days inn. Overall...

'Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!'

'The hotel looked run down and smelled bad. Room door didn’t function properly. Laundry room was disgustingl. Room appeared clean but hair still in shower. Fridge felt as if it was going to tip over. It was very wobbly.ice bucket looked dirty'

' The room was very clean, quiet, the breakfast variety was excellent and the atmosphere friendly and relaxing. I will definitely stay again on my way back through. '

'The wallpaper was peeling in the room and hallways. The hallways were dark and not air conditioned. Everything was old and in need of repair. The restaurant wasn't open and the breakfast was a small pastry in a to-go box. The pool was freezing and cloudy. The TV was very small and not streaming services adaptable. There is also no microwave in the rooms. I was there two nights and never saw house keeping. Aurora is a nice neighborhood, this hotel might have been nice 20 years ago but not now.'

'Helaas geen bar, lounge of aangewezen plek om te overleggen. Was bekend, maar wel erg kaal en sober. De 'lobby' is direct naast de entree/schuifdeur, allerminst comfortabel. Zwembad is onmogelijk klein. Erg gehorige kamers, verkeersgeluid is ook erg aanwezig. Geen luchtverversing, behalve dan een blower die erg veel geluid maakt. Koelkast maakt erg veel geluid. Beide apparaten de eerste nacht direct uitgeschakeld. van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht is dit een van de minst prettige.'

'Maid service only provided on 3rd day of stay and this was not readily made known to guests. Bathtub had mold under a shelf between the tub and the fiberglass wall. Woman on the staff handling breakfast was very friendly and helpful.'

'It was nice to enter a clean room and have Dove shampoo/conditioner and soap -- it smells good. In addition, the towels had a more fresh smell instead of the typical hotel towel smell (if you know what I mean)???'

'Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here.'
