'Emmett is an amazing owner who made sure we had everything we needed. The place is absolute fabulous. Beds were comfortable and the VIEWS were stunning. We caught nearly 40 catfish on worms from the dock. Also you will have your own aquarium view under the dock light. Swirling bait fish and a ton of spotted and grey gar fish. This is our second stay at one of his properties. Highly recommend. '

The kids loved the dock area and swam and fished all day! The place was very clean, and the owners responded quickly with the few questions that we did have once arriving. We have stayed many places on False River over the years, but this has been our favorite so far and we plan to come back!'

'Came in for the weekend. The check in was super easy. Came inside and got settled. All three rooms had queen size beds. Im a big guy and need a big mattress. All three beds were super comfy. Rooms were adequate for what I needed. This place would have worked for me if I was here for a month or just a weekend. Awesome little cottage!
