« The park, the trails, and the sights are beautiful and well worth a visit. The lodge and facilities are not. The lack of state funding for the property shows, which is unfortunate and sad.
The good: The sheets, towels, and bed were clean and comfortable. At least there’s that.
The common areas were trapped in the ‘60s, which could have been charming if not for the litter and bird droppings and dead bugs.
The room was worn out - lamp was rusty, furniture was scratched and weathered, and the...
