'Amazing from start to finish - I honestly do not understand why this hotel has received some negative reviews. The staff was amazing - from check-in to restaurant to golf shop. The facilities at the hotel are superb - an amazing outdoor pool, 24-hour gym, indoor spa facilities and treatments, hairdresser, golf course and golf shop and fabulous rooms!
