'The amenities are very good. Clean and roomy rooms. There should be better communication between Expedia and the British Hotel as its more complicated to get info than it should be. My key out of the lockbox did not have the room number on it. I would suggest a clearer message with room number, lock ox number and code all together in the check-in message.'
