'The property was fine. We new the size going in. The neighbors who shared a outside living space we're partying all night long leaving huge messes and taking up all the outside living chairs. We almost left after the first night because of the neighbors!'

'Property was great and had everything we needed! Within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in either direction!'

'Property was excellent. Would have been nice to lower shad outside to block morning sun on deck. Ref. And guest bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall great place would stay there again. Thanks'

'Our stay was wonderful! The only issue we had were that the floors were not clean whatsoever. We were there the first night and our feet were black. We had to wear shoes/slippers all weekend and wash our feet before getting into our beds/bedrooms. Otherwise all things worked great! Spaceous, plenty of room for all of us, and when we needed something fixed, they came and got it fixed ASAP! Communication was great! Just would recommend the floors get cleaned really good so people don’t that have...

'Very nice property. Friendly owners. Enjoyed our family time in Okoboji.'

'Wonderfully appointed condo for a July 4th holiday with family! We were comfortable the entire weekend and able to host our family for brats and burgers. Excellent views of the lake, and the resort is really fun for all ages! The hosts were very communicative!'

'Beautiful view/deck. If your #1 priority is the view, this is your place. Also had all necessary necessities for cooking. The restaurant is close and we had great food. Some things are a little outdated but mainly clean and what we needed. Outdoor furniture needs updated/replaced. Too nice of a deck to not have a bit better furniture out there. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again with no hesitations! We did not utilize the pool as the outdoor area was not yet open.'

'Thank you for letting us stay in your vacation home. It was very nicely kept!'

'This condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed and then some. The location was perfect! Beautiful lake view, close to the pool, water park and restaurants. We had 11 in our group and it was spacious enough for all of us.'

'The overall condo was clean and spacious! We had a wonderful stay! The condo faces the water and there was easy access for my grandkids to fish in the morning. There were yard games for us to use so the kids loved that! Plenty of linens and blankets as it got pretty chilly Labor Day weekend. There were plenty of kitchen pans to make breakfast in the morning and the grill was great to grill food for lunch! Great Condo! We will be back!'
