'Stayed one night while in town for teen daughter’s soccer game. The price was comparable to the hotels and it was sooo much better than a hotel. Very homie vibe. The tv’s were great. Loved the river out back. I cooked dinner and found the kitchen to be well equipped. Great stay! '

'Out of half a dozen or so cabin rentals, this one is the absolute best. It's clean, uncluttered, quiet, and huge! Water was hot, heater worked really well (it was a very cold week) and the kitchen worked well. Beds were comfy too. I can't say enough good things about this place!'

'It's a very simple building but still easy to get warm despite it being cold enough to snow overnight. The property was clean and tidy, and the choice of furniture and fittings was well thought out. It was easy to find and located at the front of the farm just off a quiet dirt track, it's like having the place to yourself, which is exactly what I wanted. I spent one of the days in the Cabin and walking to the state forest preserve without driving, but there are plenty of restaurants and grocery...
