'Kind of dingy halway leading to room, room nothing special, saw a few ants in different places in the room.'

'The location is great. However, Our room smelled of urine. The AC was very loud. The beach is great. However on check out day they force you to move your car by check out time at 11am to the street which is not ideal if you plan to stay at beach for day.'

'Great location, parking can be a challenge. Place is run down, some improvements. Got zero sleep, other guests don't quiet down till after 3am & start up at 5am again, halways & rooms adjacent to the pool get lots of noise.'

'De Sray Beach Inn is een typisch Amerikaanse Hote/Motel maar wel gelegen aan de strand van Long Beach Island in New Jersey. Het gebouw heeft zijn tijd gehad. De ventilator in de kamers hangt zo laag dat het aanraken hiervan makkelijk kan plaatsvinden. Het restaurant is matig. Voor een strand vakantie is het hotel ideaal. Ligt aan het strand.'

'We had a nice overnight stay. The motel met my 2 most important needs-clean and quiet (I did not hear neighbor room) and I had a nice night sleep. Staff was very friendly. Short walk to the beach. I would stay again.'

'The room was filthy. We had 6 people and reserved a room with 2 full beds and a sleeper sofa. Upon arrival there were 2 beds and a futon laying flat. There were no sheets, pillows, blankets for the futon. There were 2 towels In the room. I returned to the office to ask for additional bedding. The staff brought it to the room and it was unfolded, and left in a heap on the futon. The towels were wet. The sheets on the made beds were wrinkled and covered in hair. It looked like they had been slept...

'Dirty room. Cigarette burns in the comforter. Sheets were stained. No toilet paper roll holder in bathroom. Shower was either burning hot or freezing. Door to the outside had huge gaps and wasn’t secure at all. Other residents were noisy and banged on the walls and roof all night long.'

'everything was perfect. I will suggest one thing the filters to the air conditioners should be cleaned once a week. I checked this because I have breathing conditions and I clean them with soap and water'

'Great motel! The staff is amazing, they really treat you like family. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I will definitely be staying again! PS- don’t forget to tell them to put your birthday on this sign!'

'I picked this hotel because of price and reviews. I now find it hard to believe this place received an 8 out of 10. I think something is not right with that. The place is dated, musty smell in the room, but it was good for a one night stay with the price. Not far from the boardwalk and not noisy.'
