« Inaccurate description; this is a trailer in a trailer park , not a house. Garbage from KFC left under sink. Personal items/clutter left in bathroom and kitchen. No central heating or cooling; difficult to maintain comfort level. Pellet stove in dining area; no instructions on how to use. Soft spot in bathroom floor of en-suite; possible hazard. Door lock temperamental; owner did not respond to request to change batteries in door lock. Secondary rental unit in side yard; very close to bedroom....
