'The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk into the city or to the station. There are some great dining options around the hotel. We stayed in the Surlingham suite which was gorgeous. The view in the morning of the cathedral was fantastic. The staff could not have been more helpful, everything we asked for they accommodated. We'd definitely stay again!!! '

'The name of this hotel is somewhat misleading, it is in Norwich but not within the city limits. Even though everything is perfect, but of no fault of their own it is next to the FC Norwich Football stadium. It will b e quite congested when there is a game on.'

"Medewerkers erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes prima. Continental ontbijt buffet prima, ook aanbod plantaardige zuivel producten. Heerlijk bed. Staat van kamer zeker geen 4 sterren. Meubels beschadigd en ogen oud. Onnodige kalk en schimmel aanslag in de badkamer. Omgeving is verlaten en voelt ‘s avonds onprettig. Afstand tot winkels en bushalte zo’n 15 min lopen langs schaats verlichte weg met begroeiing. Kortom hotel prima, maar geen €200/nacht waard en lokatie wat afgelegen"

"Uitstekend appartement, met prima keuken met oven en magnetron, wasmachine, waterkoker en koelkast, comfortabel bed, een bank, tafeltje + stoel, fijne badkamer, grote ramen. Bijna perfect, want als ik kritisch moet zijn ontbrak een goede faciliteit om zelf koffie te zetten, en de handdoeken hadden last van de - vaak voorkomende - nare geur van de wasserij."
