We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days. 'The room was fine and so was the pool area. It was great that they provided unlimited cold water bottles at the pool, however the towels were the size of kitchen towels. The pillows were very comfortable. Overall a pretty good stay.'

'We were driving from Florida to RI. Stopped and played tourist in NYC and drove until we were tired. Found this hotel, arrived late, it was easy check-in, staff was super kind and mindful of our late arrival & gave us extra bedding. Breakfast was a spread! They did a great job! The suite was very spacious. Beds were comfy, pull out not so much, but for the kiddos they didn’t mind!'

'Staying at this inn was a mistake. The general vibe of the place is seedy. It is not being maintained. We weren't happy with the room but were willing to gut it out. Then the air conditioning stopped working around 9 pm. Someone came to look at it and said the manager would need to look at it. If it couldn't be fixed, they'd move us to another room. 'Everything was good'

'It was a place to stay for two nights, and it was quiet. I stayed on the 2nd (top) floor. It is a basic motel, with parking immediately in front of the rooms. No amenities, and nothing nearby (walking distance) for dinner/snacks/drinks.'

'I grew up in a family of budget travelers. I’ve stayed in hostels, youth hostels, motels, and hotels, and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever had the honor of staying in. Among issues like the shower not draining at all and there being no elevator, the mattress was foam.. soap foam. It was like air wrapped in a sheet - there was zero support. I checked out early and asked for a refund. Verbally, the manager said it could be done, but later in the process, he kept most of the money.'
