'The holiday home is located in Etchu-Yatsuo and offers a lovely view of the rice fields and the Northern Japanese Alps. It is ideal for day trips, for example to Takayama, Kanazawa or the Northern Japanese Alps. The owners live right next door and are extremely hospitable and helpful. The holiday home is lovingly decorated and cozy. Only the shower cubicle built into the kitchen takes a bit of getting used to.'

'We enjoyed going to hakuba. We found the sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. The Matt’s and beds felt uncomfortable. The upstairs bedroom was warm without its own ac. The towels are microfiber and difficult to try off. There is no chairs and no couch to watch tv on. The room on the first floor smelled like mildew. We did not feel relaxed in this house which is why I am leaving my first negative review on vrbo.'
