'All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative. Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a...

'Enorm groot appartement met balkon, helaas geen lift. Breed bed. Snelle WiFi. Op loopafstand van het centrum. Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Gratis parkeren. '

'Tegenover flagstaff hill dus lokatie kon niet beter voor museum en sound & light show. Kamer was erg klein met 2 1 persoons bedden die haaks op elkaar stonden. Continental breakfast was erg karig. Personeel was enorm aardig!'

'Vriendelijke onntvangst, behulpzaam bij zoeken restaurant. Schone kamer, zeer netjes. '

'Zeer mooie en schone kamer. Alleen is de ventilatie van de badkamer en van de koelkast niet zo stil. Verder een heerlijk bed. Genoeg handdoeken . De kamer was ook gezellig verlicht. En had genoeg ruimte voor je spullen voor een nachtje slapen. Helemaal top !'

'Locatie in het centrum goede prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Recent gerenoveerd.'

'Prima hotel na of aan het begin van de great oceaan road. Tevens een goed restaurant voor avondeten. Ruime kamers.'

'Staff were friendly and helpful both prior and during our stay. Our cabin was so comfortable and well maintained. Location was perfect for those travelling by train. We’ll be back!'

'The stairs are very steep inside the apartments, and the handrail only goes part way up. As an elderly couple wirh hip replacements we found the stairs had to negotiate.'

'prijs kwaliteit, voor 2 dagen prima'

'Goede lokatie voor een nacht'

'Geweldig!!'

'Nice stay in Port Fairy in the hotel. Very flexible with dinner even while I was a bit late. Room quite good and comfortable. Only drawback was that working people were working on improvement of a terrace and that was a bit noisy in the morning, but quite sure when the work is done the facility will be even better. '

'Good proper accomodation. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was lovely and presented well, in a quiet location with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed in Family Cabin 15 and had a couple of minor issues. The door lock was quite difficult to open, and some of the sheets folded on the bunk beds were unfortunately dirty. Thankfully, we only needed to use one of the beds, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would happily return.'

'It was great experience with our stay.'

'Well priced, well appointed and convenient. We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which is really large, great facilities and would be ideal for a family of 4 or 5. Would happily stay there again'
