'Sarah's property was easy to find and in a nice quiet location. Very convenient for trips into Liverpool but also good local shopping places and restaurants nearby. The information in the welcome pack was very useful. The property was perfect for our needs although being upstairs was not clear until we arrived so it was a little tricky to carry our luggage and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay and Sarah was always helpful whenever I needed...

'We did not stay in the property after viewing it as we judged it to be not up to standard. We recommend the owners do the following before considering letting it again:- attend to mould issues (bedroom wall, kitchen)- clear up and ensure safety of outside space (clean up cigarette stubs, remove dangerous wood and rubble)- provide a blind or curtain in the bathroom for privacy- ensure kitchen is better presented and equipped (replace missing cupboard doors, provide microwave)- ensure cleanliness...

'Overall good property, hot water, comfortable and generally clean with crisp clean beds. Parking good. Couple of issues: Wi-Fi would not connect for either of us with the details given..The host requested another 29.99 or to allow them to hold 350 from your card in case of any issues (security payment) that you would not get that back for several weeks after your stay. This was requested after booking, as it was short notice our payment for the booking was non-refundable so had to choose one...
