'The breakfast was the usual biscuit and gravy, bacon or sausage (patties one day, links the next). Little omelet foldovers cheese or weith cheese and bell pepper. Cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, toast, coffee, juice, milk, cereal etc... Very clean, fresh and warm. Good start to the day.'

'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....
