'Fue una experiencia inolvidable. Las habitaciones están increíbles, muy bonitas, con vistas espectaculares. El staff te hace sentir como en casa. Daniel se encargó de que no faltara nada y estuvo disponible 24 horas. El chef Cali, al saber que somos mexicanos, nos personalizó nuestro menú a comida mexicana.

'repeated warm water issues, people on the ground try to be helpful, management just waits until you are gone. Same experience for 2 other groups we talked to, everybody just wants to enjoy their time and rather not keep on trying to get their tents fixed. Very few people are here longer than 3 days.'

'We booked this lodge almost a year ago. It is a new and there were no reviews at the time of booking. We arrived at 1330 and we were not able to access our room until 1400. Once we entered the room the temperature was well over 90F/32C. There is no fan in the room. There are two small windows in the rear, however there is no screen to keep the bugs out.
