'The room I was in had no hot water. When reported to clerk her responses “I am sorry did you let it run for a while my response. “I Did” I believe I should receive a refund. Every room must have hot water. Also no water in the room for coffee or tea. I was told I had to purchase from the vending machine. Not Happy they are lucky to get the stars they did. I was going to give you all a 1. But the room was somewhat clean whole building smelled of smoke. '
