'I was extremely disappointed with the hotel because I kindly requested a partial refund due to the fact that I could not stay at the hotel at all due to a travel schedule conflict, and they refused to do that. Extremely disappointed and will not soon be visiting this hotel chain in the future. Expedia also let me down but blamed the hotel’s manager for ultimately refusing.'

'las imagenes que presentan en internet no se comparan con la realidad. Es una estafa. Ademàs el dueño desaparece y no enfrenta a los huespedes que deja sin alojamiento. ES PESIMO: PESIMO: EL ASPECTO HORRIBLE: ademas tiene que devolverme lo que paguè, ESPERO QUE EXPEDIA LO HAGA EN EL TIEMPO QUE OFRECIO. PORQUE EXPEDIA COBRA POR ANTICIPIDO. NO ES COMO EN OTRAS PLATAFORMAS QUE UNO PAGA EN EL LUGAR. PESIMA EXPERIENCIA... NOS TOCO SALI A BUSCAR ALOJAMIENTO EN OTRO LUGAR. HORRIBLE'

'Uop!Welcoming horribly, the room #9 was darker, poor ventilation, smelling at dirt, the fan was very far of the main bed, I felt I was going to die in that place. I asked a new room I explained the reasons to the small front desk man, he looked upset and said ok I take number 4 but roo small,the bed is small, he replied like he did not want give to, so what I can do? We Just take it. So the bed was super smaller almost I felt twice, the righ side lamp was not working , we were giving only two...

'Se debe aclarar en la página que no se incluye el desayuno como lo anuncian. Deben mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. La primera noche los perros hacían mucha bulla. La siguiente noche no hicieron bulla los perros pero hubo bastante ruido de otros huéspedes con música.'

'Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great location. Karla was a fabulous host, her breakfast was so delicious with fresh Ecuadorian fruits, eggs and bread. The grounds are beautiful, lovely pool surrounded by lush local gardens and indigenous pottery. Our cottage was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. We had a fabulous 5 nights, thanks to Karla's hospitality, lovely weather and the Pacific Ocean just across the road. '
