'Off-season so office was infrequently staffed. As a result it took a few days to get some laundry done and hard to get tips about the parc and tours. Spacious unit but kitchen and floors starting showing their age. Some LED potlights were flikering in our living room and could not reasonably be used. Flikering LED lights at property entrance should also be changed. Breakfast was good. Stay was reasonably good value for low season.'

'Once away from Puerto Natales price increased hugely as you go towards Torres de Paine as you otherwise need to drive 2.5 hrs each way to get to park and if hiking it’s not ideal. This place was a perfect option as it was full board so they provided an excellent local and high end meal for dinner and very good breakfast.
