'Motel is reasonably clean, and one of the cleaning staff members was especially helpful and friendly. The owners were also welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the lack of a comfortable sleeping environment. 'The Mini Chalet has become a favourite mini-break escape for us. This was our second visit and, like our previous stay, we were delighted by the location, tranquility, generous hospitality of hosts Sumaya and Nick, cleanliness of the cabin, and overall comfort. Great spot for a peaceful getaway! We'll be back!!'

I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... '4 bedroom house, a study, a big lounge with a patio. Plenty of space for a family. The house was spotless and has everything you need. Host was easy to deal with and was available for any questions I had. My friends and I had a great night. Thank you.'

'Place was nice and very close to many shops. Would've been better to state in the advertisement that the host's receptionist lives downstairs as this was a weird experience and felt like we had no privacy also stating that a security deposit is to be paid upon arrival as this was not made known to me until check in. Other than that hosts were great and everything went smoothly. Thankyou again :) '
