« Oh, this townhome is BEAUTIFUL! It has exceeded our expectations! It's so nice how you have everything we could possibly need, even down to the labels on the light switches! It was very clean and smell wonderful when we walked in the door. It was a convenient location. One of the nicest homes we've ever stayed in! The attention to details made our stay so effortless. The beautiful decor was an added bonus!! Such a Great Stay in a clean, cozy townhome! »

« I'll start with the positive's. It was a quiet neighborhood. 10 minutes to everywhere we needed to go. The backyard was great for the dogs. Check in was a breeze and host is responsive. Negative's: It is an older house, so I am trying to remember that while leaving review. Taking showers was interesting. Any time the water came on any where else in the house, I was blasted with cold water. I'm also baffled by the comments this house was clean. There was so much 'stuff' on the doors,...

« Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. It should have been a red flag that the host ignored my messages until the day of check in after I told him I was going to call him if he didn’t respond.Upon arrival, we found the cleanliness of the property to be significantly below what was represented in the listing. « This was my second stay at this property. Property owner did not provide access information until the day after the start of the stay (and only after I requested it). Toilet handle was broken (was informed of that after I arrived), storm door would not latch, there was carpet tack strip nails exposed at the threshold of the bedroom doorway. (found those with my bare feet). Owner needs to do a better job of providing access information and perform some house maintenance. »
