'Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience'

'I reached out to VRBO support and the host and never heard anything back regarding the bed bugs in one of the bedrooms. Pictures were sent to VRBO support and still nothing. We had to go buy blow up matresses. The master bedroom I did not even touch the bed. Also the location of this was awful. Driving up to the location is horrible.
