« We had a great stay here. The property was exactly like we expected based off the listing and pictures. The house was charming, up to date, and nicely decorated. We loved the 4 dog welcoming committee! They were so sweet that we wanted to take one home with us. The house stayed cool, even with heat indexes of 110. Will stay here again! »

« Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy. »

« We spent the week at this beautiful haven with Lake Seminole in our backyard. We were in for.the GA Bass Nation state classic. The boat dock has 2 slips and 1 lift which was great for easy in/out. The home has plenty of room for boat parking and hookup. The home has an amazing screened in back porch with plenty of seating.Nikki was a great host. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back on the lake in 2027. »

« The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner. »

« So much effort put into the inside of this beautiful place. So nice to be in a place that gives you water, snacks, coffee! The host was available for any questions and responded promptly. The description by Expedia was incorrect because it is a one bedroom not a two bedroom. This was not the host fault. The convenience, cleanliness, and beauty more than made up for only having one bedroom. »
