'Beautiful newly built apartments -- super clean- had everything we needed. About 15-20 min drive to UF but out of the way enough to feel peaceful. Shops and restaurants close by and unbelievable common areas-- pool, gym, clubhouse-- all were immaculate and really lovely! I would return again and again. Hate to let the secret out... '

'Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. They even gave extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, lots of DVDs and great working WiFi. We do have a video up on YouTube under flippin tail Suwannee Springs where you...

'This was a beautiful home. 4 adult friends each got own bedroom. Large open living area and screened patio very nice. Perfect for our stay to see manatees. Pool was lots of fun! Our stay in September was off season for manatees but did see 4 on boat tour. Our last day a dolphin and a came to backyard inlet to say bye. '

'Everything was exactly as described. We had a wonderful time while there. If I had to list one negative, it would be the tight parking. '

'We had a wonderful stay! The communication was great!!! I was thinking that the pool would be cold considering the indoor pool and one of the prior comments, but that was not the case. The pool was perfect. We live in Florida so I was delighted to be able to go into the pool and not be exposed to a ton of sun beating down on us. 'We had a wonderful stay with our pups who loved the expansive fenced property to roam in. Communications with our host Dana were outstanding. All of the excellent reviews were spot on and we could not have been happier with our stay.'

'We had a great type staying the very adorable tiny house! It was well decorated (maybe too well) and the host was extremely responsive and helpful. We had never used a composting toilet before - so that what was our least favorite part. Everything else was top notch. We all found sleeping in the lofts to be very cozy and comforting. We had everything we needed to store food and make meals, a nice TV, and a shower. Excellent stay!'

'We did not bring a pet but we love that there were amenities and would bring pets next time! The pool area is awesome and we spent most of our time there. All of the decorations and tv were a very special touch. We loved everything about the house! The game room for the kids, the bikes..and that ice machine is fantastic '
