« Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. « The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise. »

« Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out! »

« This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel. »
