'Great location and clean. However, we had incorrect check in information and had to wait for the host to unlock the door to let us in. There was no remote or instructions for the fireplace. There was no cold water in the small bathroom. We also had no hot water for the shower or the hot tub. The hosts did come and attempt to fix the problem but were unsuccessful. If you drink coffee, bring your own. There is a coffee maker but no coffee. We were refunded 90 but that was less than 1/2 of what...

'It was clean, very quiet and cozy the kitchen had everything needed to cook, the air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom was clean and spacious the hot water was perfect, the beds were extremely extremely comfortable and it was very spacious inside the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely be staying here again if I need to go back to Batesville I absolutely loved the place!!!'
