'The location looks so much better in real than on the pictures.
The staff is genuinely nice, sweet and super helpful.
They are well trained and very professional.
The resort is just new and you see that the staff is also excited about the resort.
There is a free bike if you want to ride around the town.
The restaurant is very nice.
Breakfast is the morning is amazing!
Location is beautiful.

'The hotel is situated in nice surroundings on the quieter end of Luang Prabang. The center of the town is a 10 minute walk away, but it is a beautiful stroll. The breakfast area overlooks the point where the Mekong and another river combine.

'They upgraded our room after 1st night. The deluxe room facing the city view was spacious but noisy from the traffic and mosquitoes kept us awake. Nice of them to upgrade the room facing the pool. Breakfast is ok. They can do better with a more choices. Location is within was distance to some attractions and shops. '

'The room was clean and comfortable. Everything work shower. The air conditioning bed was made every day clean towels were always put in my room. The staff was absolutely amazing. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The breakfast staff was the best. The food quality was outstanding. The receiving staff were tremendously excellent and the little boss lady who handled the financial exchanges was very accommodating, kind, and understanding I’ve been here three times and looking forward to my fourth...
