'Checkin was straightforward, but mostly automated; i was under the impression that the 3pm checkin was mandatory, however they let us check in at 11am anyway. 'Such a surprisingly fun hotel! The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve entered a different world – tropical colors, hammock chairs, even birdsong in the background. I instantly felt like I was on vacation, right in the middle of Frankfurt. The room was super comfortable, and having a kitchenette was really convenient. 'Large room with small kitchen and proper bathroom. Our host was friendly and texting to check if we were ok. Our room was in the basement, with daylight and plenty of windows but no view. '

'Super price quality balance. In the night, a bit of effort to find a parking (empty) space in front of the hotel, but both nights we could find a parking spot. The room has little artistic interior and a bit feels like a hospital room, but it was very clean and functional. We will stay again when we come to Heusenstamm. Thank you. '

'Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!'
