The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. 'We came for a family celebration and the condo was in a perfect location. Close to everything. Parking was great and NO issues with water pressure. We especially appreciated the 3 gallon water dispenser with the heat during the Labor Day weekend. This condo is all about location, location.
