« Generally, our stay was okay. However, the reservation was for three people, and the room was only prepared for two. I opened the sofa bed and found that there were no sheets on it. I had to call the front desk to request them, and I had to make the bed myself. The same happened with the towels, as there were only two provided. When I opened the sofa bed, a dead cockroach came out. The towels in the bathroom had hair on them, and the refrigerator was not cooling properly. Housekeeping never...

Throughout our stay, the hotel manager, Demetrious, even texted us to make sure we were enjoying our visit.The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We stayed from the end of May through early June, and the team made sure we were always well stocked with towels, toiletries, and anything else we needed. We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

We had 2 rooms, 1 room the TV didn't work but they immediately brought in a brand new, in the box, TV.
